Add an SDGs page to website

### Overview
We would like to align our projects with the SDGs so that we can identify areas that we are over and/or under-addressing with HfLA projects.

- [x] Case study format on the individual Program Area pages
- [x] Project Home pages
- [x] Decide if we should include on Homepage and About Us page
- [ ] Post MVP: Create design for HfLA SDG page
