Description

### Emergent Requirement - Problem
We need to make two new issues
1. Copy The finished design to Current Pages
from [Figma, Credits page](https://www.figma.com/file/0RRPy1Ph7HafI3qOITg0Mr/Hack-for-LA-Website?node-id=1074%3A0)

to the [Figma, Current Pages](https://www.figma.com/file/0RRPy1Ph7HafI3qOITg0Mr/Hack-for-LA-Website?node-id=3464%3A0)

See [Figma Housekeeping, Current pages](https://github.com/hackforla/website/wiki/Figma-Housekeeping#current-pages) for details

2. Updating the design system to include the credits page change (separate sections)
