### Overview
We need to check, monthly, that the projects have the correct technologies and tools, so that we when a user searches for a project using a technology or tool they don't miss a project because it is misclassified.

- [x] Create a prompt which will ignore things we have already decided not to change
- [x] Review prompt with other PMs
- [x] Create a list of items that will need to be updated in the all the project' md files
- [ ] Update the epic #4434 with the new issues to make
- [ ] Release 4434's dependency on 4262 (This issue)
