Research: update the wiki to use the new standard for research projects

### Overview
We need to have a way to see all the research without having to look at issues, so that we can avoid duplicating work where necessary, or being able to duplicate effective methods when necessary.

### Action Items
- [ ] We are currently in the process of moving the old wiki to the new [website-wiki repo](https://github.com/hackforla/website-wiki), so we will not be making any changes or additions to the old wiki at this time. Thus, we will be adding wiki content through a different process now. Read [How to Contribute to the Wiki](https://github.com/hackforla/website/wiki/How-to-Contribute-to-the-Wiki)
- [x] Mark all issues related to research (that are not onboarding issues) with the label feature: research
- [x] Update the template to mirror the template used at internship project
- [x] Make the wiki research page have all the research listed on one page (we will maintain separate pages for each individual research)
- [x] Create labels for each research bucket (start with what is in the spreadsheet) using the convention Research: RPXXX where XXX is a three-digit number starting at 001, ending at 999)
- [ ] Add the number labels to all research issues
- [x] Create a link to each research issue bucket inside the wiki page
