Make Recommendations to improve the use of Figma's Styles & Components

### Problem
Many of Figma's latest designs (In red container) are designed without using "Styles and Components" that are attached to the Design System. This makes it difficult to make mass updates, rebrands, and redesigns, as well as onboard new designers. There are also elements within the design system that have not been created into components. Find a way to ensure that all elements are reusable components or styles that are attached to the Design System and make recommendations of ways to improve it based on your research.
