As a leader of the Hack for LA org under Civic Tech Structure, I want to make sure we are compliant with current regulations on privacy (any in addition to privacy policy)

- [x] Read the Act and identify if there are specific requirements other than a privacy policy, specifically do we have to give people an opportunity to leave, or reduce cookies, etc.
