UX Writing - Rewrite Donate Page

### Overview
We need to rewrite the text on the Donate Page to focus more clearly on **_why_** people should donate, so that rather than rehashing what HfLA is the Donate page better incentivizes potential donors to take action and to understand the impact their donation can make.

- [ ] If they are not done, then put this in the icebox with a dependency
- [ ] if they are done, review with them how their research informs what Donors might respond to. The guidance below was based on a time prior to that research

- [ ] **Re-write copy on header section:**
- [ ] Goals for header section writing:
- [ ] Potential donors who visit this page are most likely already aware of what HfLA is doing. This page should instead lead with what is **special** about HfLA, and **why** they should donate.
- [ ] Focus of the writing should be on HfLA's impact, and as a call to action for donors.
- [ ] **Re-write copy on "Help us keep the lights on" section:**
- [ ] Goals for this section's writing:
- [ ] Simplify and make this text more conversational. Focus on what HfLA does, our impact, and frame in such a way that taps into what would motivate potential donors
- [ ] **Re-write copy on bottom "Make a donation to Hack for LA" section:**

- [ ] Make text more concise and incorporate stronger CTA.
