Migrate Google folder documents to google shared drive

### Overview
We need to migrate existing HFLA Google folder to Google shared drive so that we are not at risk of loosing files

### Action Items

- [x] Check with Product team or leads if the [HFLA site Roster](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11u71eT-rZTKvVP8Yj_1rKxf2V45GCaFz4AXA7tS_asM/edit#gid=0) is upto to date with active members
- [x] Have @Olivia-Chiong create Google shared folder
- [ ] Go through the [Google shared drive guide](https://support.google.com/drive/answer/7286514?visit_id=637042405228053249-956633332&p=team_drives&rd=1#zippy=) and identify what roles should be created
- [ ] Identify team members for each role
- [ ] Identify who should take ownership for moving each folder from product, design, development team
