Add sort by feature to the project board

### Overview
We need to be able to sort the board by feature labels so that we can see the progress of any given feature

### Action Items

- [x] Add 'Feature missing' label to all issues without a feature label
- [x] For all 'Feature missing' issues, assign the appropriate feature label or create a new label if needed
- [ ] Create a page in the wiki with the feature labels connecting to the board
- [ ] Update the 'Sort the board by feature' card in the 'Onboarding info' column to point to the new wiki page
