Create self-onboarding slideshow

### Overview
We need to create a detailed self-onboarding slideshow, to replace the broken self-onboarding video on Getting Started Page. Should be a visually pleasing and organized slideshow with Hack for LA branding for based on the [slide deck](https://github.com/hackforla/website/issues/1079) used during onboarding
