### Overview
Update the search box placeholder text across applicable pages to include `Development Project Name` and `TDM Plan Name`.

### Details
Approved by stakeholders on 2026-08-18.
Update the search box placeholder text to:

`Search by Development Project Name, TDM Plan Name, Address, Alt No., Description`

Apply this update to the following pages:
- My TDM Plans – Active tab
- My TDM Plans – Deleted tab
- Manage Submissions
- Feedback (once restructured)
- Submissions
- Archived Projects
