Description
#### Description
FAQs are showing up as duplicated.
When logged in as admin:
- Clicking expand on an item automatically expands its duplicate.
- Reordering items produce inconsistent behavior.
- Adding a new category or new FAQ item does not automatically create a duplicate.
- Deleting an item does not automatically delete its duplicate.
Takeaway: Duplicate behavior reflects only for existing items, not for newly saved items.
#### Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to the FAQ page.
2. Log in as an admin and click on "Edit FAQ Page" to reproduce the above described behavior.

Research direction
Start by opening the FAQ page, signing in as an admin, and using “Edit FAQ Page” to reproduce the duplicate behavior. Compare expanding, reordering, adding, and deleting existing FAQ items with newly saved items. Done means existing items no longer behave as duplicates and each operation affects only the intended item.
