To convert a draft project to a snapshot :
From the My Projects page
1. Log in to the TDM Calculator and click the My Projects tab in the top menu.
2. Find the project you want to snapshot and either:
3. Use the "Convert to Snapshot" function on the My Projects page.
1. Go to the end of its row and select the three-dot menu.
4. Or use the "Convert to Snapshot" function on page 5.

1. Navigate via the next page buttons to the TDM Calculation Page 5 (summary) and select the Action button to open the menu.
1. Select “Convert to Snapshot”
5. Confirm the action
6. Once converted, you can share the snapshot with others via the “Share Snapshot” option. Be sure you've finalized your edits before converting; the snapshot cannot be changed afterward. If you need to make edits, you will need to duplicate the snapshot and make edits to the newly created draft project.

To convert a draft TDM Plan to a snapshot :
From the My TDM Plans page
1. Log in to the TDM Calculator and click the My TDM Plans tab in the top menu.
2. Find the TDM Plan you want to snapshot and either:
3. Use the "Convert to Snapshot" function on the My TDM Plans page.
1. Go to the end of its row and select the three-dot menu.
4. Or use the "Convert to Snapshot" function on page 5.
1. Click on the TDM Plan name
1. Navigate via the next page buttons to the Create TDM Plan, Page 5 (summary), and select the icon at the top for “Convert to Snapshot”
5. Confirm the action
6. Once converted, you can share the snapshot with others via the “Share Snapshot” option. Be sure you've finalized your edits before converting; the snapshot cannot be changed afterward. If you need to make edits, you will need to duplicate the snapshot and make edits to the newly created draft TDM Plan.
Note:
- When you convert a draft to a snapshot it retains the same ID number.
