### Overview
We need to have one unified name for the status of a submitted TDM Plan, so that users won't get confused.

#### Details
On the following pages the terminology is different
- Admin view
- Manage Submissions: Approval Status
- User view
- Submissions: Approval Status
- All users
- Page 5: Submission Status
- PDF: Submission Status
