Research direction
Start by reviewing related issue #2637 and the linked Figma Images to use resource. In the TDM Calculator Figma file, move a blank page to the Design section, copy the Figma Template contents, and follow the required page-title format. Done means the design has stakeholder approval, annotations and a Ready for Dev section, with the development handoff issue and final Figma links added.
