Description
### Dependency
- #2763
### Overview
We need to retest the delete/restore function on the My Projects page to see if the design solution resolves the problems identified in RP005: My Projects Page Testing.
### Details
In RP005, we discovered that users struggled to retore projects after deleting them because they did not know that the status filter contained an option to make deleted projects visible. This resulted in a majority of users being unable to complete the task within 2 minutes. In addition, 4/12 users abandoned the task completely. The design solution for this was to create a deleted projects folder in the top right of the My Projects page to make the location of deleted projects more visually accessible. This testing will determine if the folder design results in more users successfully completing the task of restoring deleted projects.

Research direction
Start by reviewing RP005 and dependency #2763, then follow the linked research-plan, testing, recruitment, FigJam, and presentation action items. Done means the Delete/Restore usability retest is conducted and its findings are presented to stakeholders, including whether the deleted-projects folder improves restoration success.
