Ongoing weekly checks of Staging and Stakeholder Deck Issues (Mon thru Thur)

### Overview

We need to develop and execute a process for ensuring new issues are added to the staging deck and stakeholder decks so that no issues are missing or left out. This issue is for completing this check **every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning** (preferably between 7-9 am)
