Migrate Google sites, gmails, and shared drives to Civictechstructure

### Overview
We talked about finding the pathways for migrating google emails, sites, and drive files from the hackforla.org google workspace. Below is an overview of steps for smaller organizations using google workspace

The steps are as follows:

**Migrating Emails**
1. Before you can use the data migration service, you need to prepare your source account. You can find the instructions for preparing your old google workspace account [here](https://support.google.com/a/answer/9158146#zippy=%2Cexisting-google-workspace-account)
2. You'll then set up the migration data service in the Civic Tech Structure admin portal
3. Then perform the migration from the old google workspace account, full instructions for steps 2 and 3 can be found [here](https://support.google.com/a/answer/9476255?hl=en#zippy=%2Cset-up-your-source-account-required%2Cstep-set-up-the-data-migration-service%2Cstep-migrate-email-from-another-google-workspace-account)

Note that according to this support article, [Is the (google workspace) data migration service right for my organization](https://support.google.com/a/answer/10841690), only google workspace emails can be transferred using data migration service. Other items such as sites and shared drive files will need to be transferred differently. **Moving Google Sites to new domain**
