Add HackforLA as a secondary domain in CivicTechStructure google workspace

### Overview
On Tuesday 1/4, Bonnie and Melissa talked about seeing if it's possible to add a secondary domain to Google Workspace. According to [Google Support](https://support.google.com/a/answer/175747?hl=en#zippy=%2Cwhat-are-multiple-domains%2Cwhats-the-difference-between-a-secondary-domain-and-a-user-alias-domain) it's possible. However, there are limitations.

### Action Items
The steps for this are:

1. Remove hackforla.org domain from current Google Workspace account
2. On the admin home page, scroll down to the "Domains" Card/Section, and click "add domain"
3. Verify that you own the domain
