### Overview
We need to let everyone know in all channels that we are putting all the meetings on hold so that people don't loose confidence in the CoP
### Action Items
- [x] copy and save slack reminders and then delete them
- [x] changing the calendar invite
- [x] posting the notice on slack channel and pining it (only a sentence long)
- [ ] update the readme file for PM CoP and this [CoP repo](https://github.com/hackforla/communities-of-practice#readme)
