Description
### Overview
We need to move files from our project folder to a newly created project drive so that the organisation (rather than an individual) has control over documents and to prevent the loss of documents when/if deleted by an individual.
### Action Items
- [x] Create folders in new drive
- [ ] Create list of people and documents to be moved
- [ ] Share follow-up tasks between PMs
- [ ] Priyanka -
- [ ] Carol -
- [ ] Make duplicates if owners cannot conduct migration
- [ ] Confirm that all documents have been safely moved to Drive
- [ ] Update project documents with new Drive link
