Check the Issues tab for issues not assigned to a project board

### Overview
We also need to make sure that all issues created get assigned to the correct project board and any other action that needs to happen at creation so that we can track things properly.

- [ ] Check against last weeks issues to see if our messaging is making a difference
- [ ] Posted something on each of the issues so that the person whose issue it is will add it to the correct location and self assign if appropriate.

### Resources/Instructions
To find all issues that are not on a project board: Go to issues, type in the filter field `no:project` or use this on this particular board: [Issues in the Product Management Repo not on any project board](https://github.com/hackforla/product-management/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+no%3Aproject)

Start with the linked GitHub Issues query using the `no:project` filter, then compare the results with last week's issues and follow the listed checklist. Done means each unassigned issue has been reviewed, contacted so it can be placed correctly, and the dated cleanup comment includes the requested checklist and screenshot.
