- [ Why has Hack for LA not been successful previously in providing impact reports for previous projects, what are some of the pitfalls that has been experienced. This will best inform on the latter action items
- [ ] ] Identify tiers of funders and their focus areas
- [ ] What areas are they concerned with?
- [ ] Gap analysis between current data collected on Hack for LA project impacts and the data funders what the see
- [ ] Implement traceability and measurable results orientation on each product
