Description

### Dependency

- [x] It's January

### Overview

We need to edit the project's Google Calendar for the year, so that the first PD: All team meeting of each month is deleted, removing the invite and the scheduling conflict with the monthly PD: Leads meeting (which takes place on that time and day)

[Note: I haven't (yet) deleted the first PD: All team meeting of each month in Zoom because I want to see how this new meeting schedule works out for the team. When it's clear that it works OK for people, I'll delete it and this note]

### Action Items
- [ ] Sign into [1Password.com](https://1password.com/) and, if you're not already in it, go to the **P: PeopleDepot** vault by clicking on the dropdown at top left
- [ ] Open another browser window, go to Google and sign into the PeopleDepot Google account as follows:
- Click on your own Google profile pic, to open up accounts
- If **PeopleDepot project** isn't listed there, click `+ Add another account`
- Enter project email address `peopledepot@hackforla.org`
- Copy and paste the email account password from the 1Password PeopleDepot vault
- Copy and paste the one-time passcode, if required, from the 1Password PeopleDepot vault
- [ ] Go into the PeopleDepot Google Calendar, and - one by one - delete each `PD:All meeting` that takes place in the first week/Thursday of each month, as follows:
- Click on the meeting
- Click on the trashcan icon
- Select `This event only` (and NOT `This and recurring events`!)
- Select `Don't send email`
- [ ] Once you've deleted all first Thursday `PD: All meetings` into March the following year, sign out of the PeopleDepot Google account
- [ ] If it's January **2028**, create a new issue using the following template, using the same labels as this issue:

```
### Dependency
- [ ] The Zoom booking for the PD: Leads meetings will expire soon
### Overview
We need to extend the Zoom booking for the monthly PD: Leads meetings because the current booking expires in March 2028
### Action Items
- [ ] Click on the relevant Zoom account (currently **CTS: Zoom 1** but check the Schedule tab in Resource 1.01, CoP: PM Zoom Setup Google Sheet
- [ ] Open another browser window, go to [Zoom](https://www.zoom.com), and sign in by copying and pasting the relevant Zoom account's credentials from 1Password
- [ ] Click on Meetings in the right-hand menu
- [ ] Find the next PD: Leads meeting, click `Edit` and select `Edit entire series`
- [ ] Scroll down to edit End Date, and check settings against Resource 1.02, Screenshot of Zoom meeting setup to use
- [ ] Click `Save`
- [ ] Check how many occurrences of the meeting have been created, and make a note of when they end
