### Overview
As a Hack for LA project, we need to list ourselves on the hackforla website [projects page](https://www.hackforla.org/projects/) by providing the necessary information to the website team.

### Action Items
- [ ] Fill in the template below as much as possible to make it easier for the website team
- [ ] Create a new issue in the website repo requesting to add the project and link this issue
- [ ] Once the project has been added to the website, work on #361
