Label and Milestone Check

### Overview
We need to perform a weekly check on issues to make sure they all conform to our label and milestone schema and see if we are making progess.

### Action Items
#### First we do a quick cleanup to make sure issues are on the project board and have a missing label if they need one and that our label check links are up to date.

- [ ] Customize it to today's date, replacing the '[MM]' and '[DD]' with numbers, adding a zero beforehand if the number is less than 10
