Add labels to all the marketing issues

### Overview
We need to add labels for each of the issues into the prioritized backlog so that people will know what minimum level of experience and experience area each issue requires

For your skill area
- [ ] Look at each of the issues in the prioritized backlog and icebox and add any labels for the skills required that they might be missing.
- [ ] If you know what level of the skill is required, please add that.
