## Description

Develop the user-facing application that enables users to search, visualize, and filter parking violation data. The front-end should be responsive, performant, and integrated with the backend APIs. It should reflect the MVP’s minimal yet functional user flow as defined by product.

## Outcome
- Fully functional MVP web (or mobile) app supporting the complete user journey.
- Frontend integrated with core APIs for real-time data.
- Smooth and intuitive UX with minimal friction for first-time users.
- MVP-ready UI that reflects the Lucky Parking brand.
