The PM needs to call the city of LA to learn about the relationships between community impact statements (CIS), City Council, Neighborhood Council (NC Board Members) as well as commissions and other committees.

- [ ] Find a way to call the US without paying long distance
- [ ] Call the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment to describe your goal (see Overview) and ask who at City Hall would be the best person to speak with.
- [ ] Call that City Hall number to describe your goal and request documents or other resources to help map out and describe these relationships
- [ ] Create a summary text and visual describing the relationships
- [ ] Share the output with the rest of the team
