Description

### Overview

We have a number of visualizations and artifacts that currently live on [this branch](https://github.com/hackforla/lucky-parking/tree/citation-analysis) and in [the drive](https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1WLnVDFFP26NIPif1S6rfIFOJbCAh_TcI). @gregpawin presented some of the highlights Monday and I believe @natenateo suggested that they should be on the website somewhere.
