Create a Guide/Template: Updating your project's page in HfLA site

### Overview
We need to create a guide on how to update your project information (meeting times, slack channel, etc.) in your project's page inside Hack for LA's website. The purpose of this guide is to let everyone know how that is done for keeping the information as updated as possible.
