Create a Guide/Template: How To Move a Commit to Another Repo Using Cherry-Pick

### Overview
We need to create a guide for how to move a commit from one repo to another repo so that leads at Hack for LA can move files with only an initial commit to another repo when reorganizing the contents of repos.
