Create a Guide/Template: Trauma-informed Facilitation for your project

### Overview
We need to create a trauma-informed facilitation guide for product managers and leaders order to be able to create spaces which are open for participants to engage with and learn about sensitive or difficult topics, but also prepare facilitators to be aware of signs of participants being triggered and be able to respond appropriately.

- [this is the doc that i go to for anything related to trauma-informed care](https://ncsacw.samhsa.gov/userfiles/files/SAMHSA_Trauma.pdf ). it isn’t specifically focused around facilitation but i find it to be a helpful primer. the principles are useful to go through when facilitating space to make sure that you are being trauma-informed in your approach
- community/group agreements to also be a useful practice. [here’s an example of what they might look like](https://www.emergingsf.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/EBMC_AgreemntsMulticulturalInteractions15.09.13-copy.pdf ). you would want to present these to the group and then have them agree/disagree/edit and then vote to adopt them as a group
