Initiative: Interview Recordings: Clean Up & De-identify

### Overview
We need to identify which research plans have interview recordings and create issues to de-identify them, so that they can be ready for processing.

### Action Items
- [x] Add list of research plans that have recordings under resources by using resource 1.01
- [x] Create a template to use for epics
- [x] Create a new epic issue for each of those research plans
- [x] Add the epics as sub issues to this issue
- [x] Go through the open issues that have already been created (resource 1.02) and add them as sub issues to the related epic
- [x] Add a link to this issue and some details to resource 1.03)
