Improve Intern Linkedin Review and Grading Process

### Overview
We need to improve on the intern exit process at the end of the internship. We need a scripted form for the exit interview.

### Action Items
- [ ] Add the rest of their profiles below
- [ ] Perform an analysis on their Linkedin
- [ ] Review Interns' Linkedin issue
- [ ] Look at Linkedin profile to determine results for
- [ ] Number of endorsements and endorsement coverage ( at least 1 endorsement for every skill practiced here)
- [ ] Number of connections and HfLA team member coverage (coverage defined as linked to every person for whom they did a review or reviewed for)
- [ ] Overall completeness
- [ ] Write up analysis
- [ ] identify which questions should be asked during their interview
- [ ] Make an exit interview form (take current questions and turn them into form format)
- [ ] Update Linkedin template to include new requirements identified during this year's analysis
