TWE Design System Components: logo variations

### Overview
We need to create a sandbox for designers to test potential project logos, so that we can communicate standards and make it easy for them to test various options.

- [ ] Create organized component
- [ ] Create variations (ex: website, mobile, favicon and other states -- if needed)
- [ ] Discuss in a team meeting if this needs to be part of the microsite

#### If this will have a microsite
- [ ] Organize the handoff layout for dev
- [ ] Get sign off from Leads
- [ ] When these steps are done, go to https://github.com/hackforla/internship/issues/397 and check off the dependency.
- [ ] Add comment that identifies which microsite template this one will use.
- [ ] When this issue is complete, please check it as "done" and add label "ready for the dev lead"

- [Figma example from 100 automations](https://www.figma.com/design/zGyhV8Z6sLohatYAnFoxQm/100Automations-Project-Board?node-id=1593-525&node-type=canvas&t=XCf0ac1l7aSk6Wel-0) - this is a bit of mess, but it's a good start to designing something where the logos would be inserted automatically into the favicon test platforms.
