### Overview
We need to find information about what needs to be done legally to be in compliance (e.g., registration) when offering an un-paid internship by a non-profit agency in the state of California.

- [ ] Conduct web searches or phone contacts for general reporting and document submission requirements for unpaid internships at non-profit organizations. (Consider calling phone number at Department of Labor website)
- [ ] Obtain information about what makes a non-profit "exempt" for unpaid internships
- [ ] Create new comment below and note links, phone numbers, and/or address to reference where documents must be submitted
- [ ] Note specific forms or requirements for documents that need submission, if submissions are required.
- [ ] If the documentation is a small piece of text, you can paste it into a comment with the source url and entity. If its a pdf then create a folder called compliance (under project management), and then another folder called internship regulations to store the files
