Review Interview Instructions for Research Plan 2: find transferable skills

### Overview
We need to have the interview instructions reviewed so that one can improve the doc based on the questions asked

### Action Items
- [ ] move document contents into a new doc, using the report template
- [ ] review the research plan this is associated with, to make sure that the document is fit for purpose. This should be tied to another issue to review the research plan
- [x] Review the doc
- [x] Add comments / questions to doc where appropriate
- [ ] Review with team
