### Overview
We need to create card components for the TWE design system for the future website development & handoff.

### Action Items
- [ ] Identify which cards need the microsite page that references that there is another component on the card (button, link, image, dropdown, etc.)
- [ ] Create any new microsite pages that are needed to accommodate differences.
- [ ] Indicate which card pages use which microsite pages on their respective issues
- [ ] Get sign off from product lead
- [ ] Get sign off from dev lead
- [ ] When this issue is complete, please go #397 and check off the dependency. If all other dependencies are checked off, move the issue from the icebox to the new issue approval column.
