TWE: Review Consent Process on Research Output Overview Page

### Overview
We need to review our consent process for the entire Tech Work Experience (TWE) Internship program and update the wiki pages to reflect our processes so that future researchers can replicate our process of administering informed consent.

- [ ] During your review identify ways in which the consent process is inconsistent across research types (e.g., mentors vs. interns)
- [ ] Provide recommendations to the UXR Lead on how this information should be streamlined, updated, and presented on the Wiki Research Output Overview page
- [ ] Meet with UXR Lead on your findings and confirm next steps
- [ ] Update relevant WIKI pages (See resources)
- [ ] Create an issue called TWE: Create Guide for How to Implement Informed Consent and use the TWE generic template as a resource in your issue
