IS22: Correspondence with Vinay, Capital Placement

### Overview
This issue is to track our communication with Capital Placement in a chronological order so that we know what has been said at any given time.

### Action Items
- [x] Create a timeline format for everyone to use (see below, this will work fine)
- [ ] Bonnie go through emails and add to the time timeline (can be done at anytime)
- [x] Go through internship account and add to the timeline (can be done at anytime, not dependent on Bonnie)
- [x] Add new communications to the timeline as they go out and come in.
