Add/Remove team members from HfLA website Internship project page

- We create a page on hackforla.org
- #339 having been recently updated

### Overview
- We need to keep an updated list of team members for the HfLA website internship page.
This is not for the internship wiki (#33)

### Action Items
- [ ] compare 'Current Team' table on website page with team members on the wiki
