We need to cleanup this create a guide issue so that it has the current structure of guide issues.
### Action Items
- [x] Reach out to author to find out if they are still going to work on this
- [x] Provide guidance on how to use the How To Write a Guide template (WIP)
- [ ] Review the guide once its made and identify how it is different from our template
