Identify all Issues with the label "drive: shared with me" and document their owners

### Overview
We need a list of issues with the label "drive: shared with me" so that the Guides Team can transfer all relevant documents into their drive folders. This will make it more efficient for Bonnie to review the issues.

- [ ] create a spreadsheet with the following Schema and link it under the resources below
- Name of Issue
- Number of Issues
- Name of Guide
- Location of Guide
- Owner of Guide
- Owner email
- [ ] Copy each item into spreadsheet
- [ ] Fill out the first 3 columns
