Identify the document owners of shared with me" files, add to kb-content drive and invite to move files

### Overview
We need to identify, add to roster and finally invite to meeting, the owners of the items that are "shared with me" so that we can get them to move the documents to their new folders.

#### Details
The documents that are shared with me, are owned by the authors, and can be deleted anytime, and we can't recover. Also, we can't move them... only the owners can. So its impossible to put them in the correct new folders

#### Instructions for issues with label "drive: shared with me"
- [ ] go to #194 and copy the spreadsheet link to this issue's resources
- [ ] locate the documents that are 'shared with me' and fill out spreadsheet
- [ ] Bonnie can give access to team member to complete the document transfer OR
- [ ] Bonnie will need to find who is the owner of the document
- [ ] Add Name and Email of Owner to spreadsheet
- [ ] add name of owner of said document to roster so that they can be contacted and they will have access
- [ ] add them to the knowlegebase drive
- [ ] schedule appointment time to meet with document owners to have them move the document to the correct drive folder
- [ ] Bonnie will remove the label "drive: shared with me" once the documents have been transferred into folders
