### Overview
We need to decide at what points in the gather examples workshops we want to survey participants for feedback.
### Action Items
- [ ] Review sections of the presentations to identify what subjects we want to separate the survey by (ex. all of GitHub, or GitHub - wiki, GitHub - issues, etc.)
- [ ] Create a list of all sections for survey
- [ ] Customize research survey for Gather Examples Workshop
- [ ] If needed, create more surveys or modify
