Cleanup Guide templates

### Overview
We need to have templates for making the guides that cover the use cases and are definitive so that all the guides end up with a unified look and feel.

### Action Items
- [ ] Edit Guide to writing a guide
- [ ] Edit screenshots etc guide
- [ ] review all the leadership review guides to see if they reveal any specific elements that we should use in the guides guide.
