Description

### Overview
We need a style guide so the formatting & design are consistent across all new presentations.

### Action Items
- [ ] Review the formatting updates in hackforla/UI-UX#113
- [ ] Review the Gather Examples Part 1 presentation and identify any other features missing from hackforla/UI-UX#113 that should be included in a style guide
- [ ] Create the style guide on Figma

### Resources/Instructions
- [Guide Presentations](https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1u8Rmm14g4iZmhb02gWd0P81QAJ6zCOAt)
- [Gather Examples & Interviewing Teams Part 1](https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1WvHkRja7McjraE-QIjMSPluEOwBbLhFletlCYnzGLb0/edit?usp=sharing) - this presentation has the most up-to-date formatting for 'how to make a guide' presentations
- [Guides Team HTMAG Presentations Template](https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/186HOBnzYwSE0Aot0l-y75u2g6Z1cyFi4NAtE3ryV7iA/edit?usp=sharing)
- [Guides Team Figma - Design System (wip)](https://www.figma.com/file/Jz8KoGTBIxdx9jRxBWrEsF/Guides-Team-Figma?node-id=1%3A7)

#### Other team's resources
- [Hack for LA Figma, Design System](https://www.figma.com/file/0RRPy1Ph7HafI3qOITg0Mr/Hack-for-LA-Website?node-id=3464%3A3)
- https://github.com/hackforla/knowledgebase-content/issues/135 (guide issue that needs adopting, might have some useful info in it. Use with caution.
- [HfLA Design System for Designers](https://docs.google.com/document/d/14BZYFEa5s5FESeASNorEDLH6zEW0LTYcpD1NVyE66iM/edit?usp=sharing) - linked in the issue above, seems overkill for this and maybe out of date. Use with caution.
