Review all guides with Leadership Review status to provide feeback

### Overview
We need to review the guides that have leadership review labels in order to let their authors know what they need change.

### Action Items
- [ ] Review guide
- [ ] Add notes with check boxes in issue and on doc if appropriate
- [ ] Paste in the template and customize for them
- [ ] Remove Leadership Review label and Add Review Guide label
- [ ] Move to In Progress column
- [ ] Message them on Slack and note it in their issue and on here
- [ ] Record which guide, issue and person we messaged in spreadsheet.
