## Overview

We want to build a model that identifies skills related to data science roles.

- [ ] Identify open source dataset containing up-to-date job posts on Data Scientist and Analyst roles
- [ ] Build a model, possibly using an AI package, that identifies job skills listed in job posts.
- [ ] Return list of skills used in data-related roles and review with Community of Practice
- [ ] Integrate the model into a GitHub Actions to re-run on a quarterly basis
